Two weeks ago we were able to take a little vacation to the beach. We decided that we better go now while we can still get out of town and while I'm in safe territory from becoming a beached whale on a green couch!!! (haha, some will get that!!) We had a wonderful time and the girls loved the water. Isabelle esp. could have stayed all day everyday playing in the sand or swimming on the pool. She LOVES the beach and is becoming more and more like a little fish in the water. This was a great time of year to go b/c there was hardly anyone on the beach or at the pool where we stayed b/c kids are still in school. Most of the time we had much of the pool to ourselves and practically a whole beach to ourselves as well. It was great!!! Plus the weather was in the mid to upper 80's each day which is perfect for swimming!!





We also enjoyed a trip one afternoon to the Ripley's Aquarium. It was fun to see all the fish and sharks and other beautiful creatures of the sea that God with His awesome power created! Some highlights were touching the stingrays (Ireland wasn't too thrilled with this) and walking through the shark tunnel.
