Isabelle is offically in her new "big girl" room and Ireland is now in the nursery crib. The first night we didn't have a side on the bed but thought since the bed is so close to the ground it wouldn't be too big of a problem. Well, she fell out twice within five minutes of eachother after she was asleep. So that first night she went into the pack and play for the rest of the night. We got a protective side since then and so now she's just learning to stay in bed when she's put to bed. She's very tempted (and most times gives in!) to sneak out of bed and play with some toys. Can't believe that my little 2lb baby is now 22lbs and sleeping in a big bed!!! A little about the furniture in her room: The bed frame was an $8.00 find at a garage sale. It was blue and scuffed up so I painted it pink. The dresser was a dresser from Maranatha that they were throwing away but we were getting married so we took it. Now I painted it pink and added new knobs. The table was a side of the road find last year. Ben cut the legs down so the table would be kid friendly and I painted the legs pink. Now she has a place to color, read, etc. And the bookshelf was from Ben at college that we painted green. It's amazing what a little paint can do to old furniture. We're leaving the walls a neutral color now for whenever we sell the house so every room is not too girly! :) I just have to get some pictures put up and her new room will be complete!

When we were in Indiana at the Amish farm we took some sister pics of the girls. Yes, they are sisters believe it or not but it sure does look like we may have grabbed someone elses kid and put her in Isabelle's lap!! Even though they look very different in hair and skin color, at a closer look Ireland's face looks a lot like Isabelle when she was a baby. Isabelle still loves her sister and will give her kisses, say, "baby cryin' " when Ireland cries, get her pacifier for her, and give her a few "love pokes" every now and then too!!!
